2018年9月4日，欧洲化学品管理局(ECHA)公布对6种潜在的高度关注物质(SVHC)展开公众评议。公众评议将于2018年10月19日结束，为期45天，利益相关方可以在ECHA网站上发表评议意见。通过评议的物质将作为第二十批候选物质列入SVHC候选清单。
On September 4, 2018, the European chemical authority (ECHA) announced the launch of a public review of six potentially highly concerned substances (SVHC). The public comments will end on oct 19, 2018, for 45 days, and stakeholders can post comments on the ECHA website. The selected substances will be included in the candidate list of SVHC as the 20th batch of candidate substances. LCS advises enterprises to know the relevant material information in products in time, early respond to regulatory changes.

其中苯并【K】荧蒽、荧蒽、菲、芘这四种物质是GS认证中PAHs的测试项目，LCS建议相关生产企业和贸易商提早做好准备，除对相关成品进行检测外，同时加强对整个生产线和供应商的盘查也非常必要。
Benzo[k]fluoranthene, fluoranthene, phenanthrene, pyrene, these four substances are the test items of PAHs in GS certification.
