申请越南DoC不再接收CB转证

小M之前已分享过越南DoC认证7月1日开始要求当地测试的消息，根据MIC越南发布的公文Circular04/2018/BTTTT，要求自2018年7月1日起：申请越南DoC不再接受CB转证，要求寄样品到越南MIC认可的实验室进行测试。

Previously,MCM shared the information that local testing would be required in July 1^st whenapplying for Vietnam DoC certificate. According to Vietnam Circular04/2018/BTTTT, no CB report will be valid and test sample shall be delivered toVietnam MIC recognized laboratory for local testing.

消息发布至今，在市场上还是有些错误的信息在误导制造商：如，要求越南本土测试的时间可能会延迟生效等；为此，小M与越南政府机构再次确认并重申：自2018年7月1日起，越南将不再接受具有ISO/IEC17025资质的海外实验室出具的IEC 62133:2012报告，只接受越南MIC认可实验室出具的检测报告。

Tothis day, there is misleading information which confuses manufacturers incertificate market. For example, MIC will postpone the effective date ofmandatory local testing. After reconfirming with Vietnam governmentorganization, hereby, MCM reiterates that Vietnam government will no longeraccept IEC 62133:2012 report issued by Accredited ISO/IEC 17025 oversealaboratory. Only test report issued by MIC recognized laboratory will be valid.

为方便广大制造商及时申请越南DoC, 小M与越南MIC认可实验室商定的送样数量及周期如下：

For the convenience of manufacturers applying for DoCcertificate, MCM would like to provide the quantity of test sample and leadtime for your reference:

样品数量：

53 电芯 +21 电池（对于聚合物电芯，仅需43 电芯）

周期：电芯测试：15天

电池测试：5天

电芯+电池测试：18天

备注：另需要提供UN38.3的报告，现在只有MCM的UN38.3 才会被认可。

Sample Quantity:

53 Cells + 21 Packs (43 Cells if it is polymer cells.)

Testing Lead time:

For Cells: 15 days

For Packs: 5 days

For Packs+ Cells: 18 days

Note: Report of UN38.3 is needed. Only UN report issued byMCM is recognized.

MCM与当地政府共建的电池实验室在2017年已经开始运行并拥有相应的资质，目前为越南第一家能进行QCVN101:2016(即IEC 62133：2012)全部测试的电池实验室。

Thebattery testing laboratory which was co-established by MCM and Vietnamgovernment serves as the first battery testing laboratory in Vietnam. It beganoperation in 2017 and is qualified to conduct full QCVN101:2016 testing.
