美国FCC认证：电子电器产品强制性安全认证，主要检测EMC（电磁兼容）。今天我们主要来讲讲手机FCC认证标准。 
手机fcc认证标准： 1、辐射曝光（RF EXPOSURE） 适用标准§1.1310 and §2.1093 根据FCC PART 2.1093 ，手机产品需要做SAR，具体限值如下： 参考资料OET65 ， 测试方法参考IEEE1528 2、输出功率测试（RF OUTPUT POWER） 适用标准§2.1046 and §22.913 (a), and §2.1046 and §24.232 (C) 限值要求：（1）According to FCC §2.1046 and §22.913 (a), the ERP of mobile transmitters and auxiliary test transmitters must not exceed 7 watts. （2）According to FCC §2.1046 and §24.232 (C), in no case may the peak output power of a base station transmitter exceed 2 watt EIRP. 测试方法：传导式输出功率（Conducted Power)和辐射式输出功率(Radiated Power)
3、占用带宽（OCCUPIED BANDWIDTH） 适用标准§2.1049, §22.917, §22.905 and §24.238. 所需测试项目为 26 dB & 99% bandwidth 4、天线端杂散测试（SPURIOUS EMISSION AT ANTENNA TERMINAL） 适用标准§2.1051, §22.917(a) and §24.238(a) 测试方法：传导式测试法 限值=输出功率-( 43 + 10 Log10 (power out in Watts))=-13dBm 5、辐射杂散测试（SPURIOUS RADIATED EMISSION） 适用标准§2.1053, 22.917 and § 24.238 测试方法：辐射式测试法 限值=输出功率-( 43 + 10 Log10 (power out in Watts))=-13dBm 6、频率范围边缘测试（BAND EDGE） 适用标准§ 22.917(a) and §24.238(a) 限值要求：the power of any emissions outside of the authorized operating frequency ranges must be attenuated below the transmitting power (P) by a factor of at least 43 + 10 log(P) dB. 7、频率稳定度测试（FREQUENCY STABILITY） 适用标准 § 2.1055 (a), § 2.1055 (d), §22.355, §24.235 限值要求：§ 2.1055 (a), § 2.1055 (d), 8、峰值与平均值有效比 （Peak-to Average Ratio 即 CREST FACTOR） 适用标准：§ 24.232 (d) 限值要求：Peak-to Averag 如需了解更多FCC认证请点击》》 FCC认证是什么？。
