2016年6月17日FCC认证(美国联邦通讯委员会)发布文件KDB 640677-RADIO FREQUENCY LED LIGHTING PRODUCTS,文中规定所有LED灯具的无意发射评估需按照FCC Part15B标准执行，该要求不适用于白炽灯、荧光灯、氙气灯等传统照明技术的灯具产品，传统照明灯具产品仍需按照FCC part18标准执行。  标准内容摘录如下： This KDB publication clarifies how the FCC rules apply to these products, and outlines manufacturers’ responsibilities for controlling interference. This publication does not address older legacy lighting technologies such as incandescent, fluorescent, and high intensity discharge (HID) lighting products. In most cases, RF LED lighting devices employ either an independent or an integrated electronic driver that operates at RF frequencies similar to those used in digital electronic products. As such, RF LED lighting devices are subject to the Part 15 rules for unintentional radiators, and are subject to the “verification” equipment authorization procedure.
